Which Path isn’t a book that tells you what to do – it’s a guide that helps you see why you do what you do and more importantly, how you can choose differently.
We all walk through life interpreting events, emotions and people who pass through unseen filters. But what if the meaning we attach to those experiences is based more on our internal stories than the truth?
This book invites you to hold up a mirror - to your habits, reactions, emotional patterns and the quiet narratives that shape your every decision. You’ll discover how emotions influence meaning, how meaning shapes your reality and how reflection can become your most powerful form of guidance.
Packed with metaphors, coaching insights and moments of clarity “Which Path” helps you find the space between stimulus and response – the place where real choice lives.
You don’t have to change everything, you just have to choose differently, one clear step at a time.
Which Path

Every day, whether we realise it or not, we stand at a crossroads – a moment of choice influenced not just by our circumstances, but by the emotions we carry, the meanings we attach to them, and the reflections we avoid or embrace
